1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Wood Wright Ltd website and the services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Wood Wright Ltd is a registered company in the United Kingdom specialising in bespoke carpentry and woodwork.

2. Services

Wood Wright Ltd provides bespoke carpentry services including but not limited to:

• Bespoke wardrobes and storage solutions
• Custom kitchens and furniture
• Media walls and entertainment units
• General carpentry including doors, flooring, and skirting
• Under-stair storage solutions

All services are subject to a free consultation and quotation process. Prices quoted are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations provided by Wood Wright Ltd are estimates based on the information provided at the time of consultation. Final pricing may vary if:

• The scope of work changes from the original specification
• Unforeseen structural issues are discovered during installation
• Material costs change significantly due to market conditions
• Additional work is requested by the client

Any changes to the quoted price will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed upon before commencement of work. Typically, we require:

• A deposit upon acceptance of the quotation
• Stage payments for larger projects
• Final balance upon satisfactory completion of work

We accept payment via bank transfer and other methods as agreed. Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Workmanship Guarantee

Wood Wright Ltd takes pride in our craftsmanship. All work is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from completion against defects in workmanship. This guarantee does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse or negligence
• Natural movement of timber due to environmental conditions
• Modifications made by third parties

6. Insurance

Wood Wright Ltd is fully insured for public liability and professional indemnity. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.

7. Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel an order after acceptance, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation charges may apply to cover materials ordered or work already completed. Consumer rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply where applicable.

8. Access & Site Requirements

Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the work area. The area should be clear of obstructions before our arrival. We will take reasonable care to protect your property, but some dust and disruption is inevitable during carpentry work.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and specifications created by Wood Wright Ltd remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. We may photograph completed work for use in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

10. Limitation of Liability

Wood Wright Ltd’s liability is limited to the value of the contract. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
